Hiroki Habuka is an attorney at law qualified in Japan and New York State, currently working for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Japan (METI) as a Deputy Director for Global Digital Governance. Habuka is in charge of establishing a new governance framework for the rapidly changing digital technologies, including AI safety, privacy protection, data security as well issues related to the digital platforms. He served as a lead author of two papers on innovation governance issued by METI, “GOVERNANCE INNOVATION: Redesigning Law and Architecture for Society 5.0” (2020) and “GOVERNANCE INNOVATION Ver.2: A Guide to Designing and Implementing Agile Governance” (2021). He is also teaches digital governance at the University of Tokyo Graduate School of Public Policy as a visiting lecturer. He was selected by the World Economic Forum Global Future Councils on Agile Governance and Apolitical as the World’s 50 Most Influential People Revolutionising Government (Agile 50).

Steve Nunn is President and CEO of The Open Group – a global consortium that enables the achievement of business objectives through technology standards. He is also President of the Association of Enterprise Architects (AEA). Steve joined The Open Group in 1993, spending the majority of his time as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. He was also CEO of the AEA from 2010 until 2015. Steve is a lawyer by training, has an L.L.B. (Hons) in Law with French and retains a current legal practicing certificate. Having spent most of his life in the UK, Steve has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2007. He enjoys spending time with his family, walking, playing golf, 80’s music, and is a lifelong West Ham United fan.

As General Manager (India) at The Open Group, and President of the Association of Enterprise Architects (India) he heads and is responsible for all of The Open Group’s business operations and growth in India and the region. Dr. Saha has been featured by Forbes. A MeitY-NeGD Senior Lead Expert in Enterprise Architecture and a Visiting Professor of Digital Architecture at the Indian Institute of Management, Visakhapatnam, Dr. Saha advises various Ministries and States on matters pertaining to government-wide architecture initiatives. He has been a key contributing author of the India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) Framework and the Digital Service Standard (DSS), and the co-author of the Agile IndEA Framework playing a critical role in these being notified as national standards. He has successfully advanced enterprise architecture as a discipline through thought-leadership and advocacy activities, solidifying The Open Group’s brand, visibility, and impact, particularly in the government and public sector domain.
Dr. Saha is an invited faculty in the eGovernance Leadership and Champions Programme designed for senior strategy level government officers. He has been a member of the high-level committee involved in the development of India’s National Digital Health Blueprint for the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. His work has been used as a primary reference for the SDG Digital Investment Framework by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and has authored ITU’s thematic report on Digital Transformation. He collaborates with ITU and other international bodies and advises countries on digital government architecture. Dr. Saha was the Chief Architect to Andhra Pradesh State Enterprise Architecture (ePragati) taking it to international prominence. He is a two-time recipient of the Microsoft research grant supported by the UN, and a joint recipient of the Innovation Fund by the Land Transport Authority of Singapore. His work has been cited by the United Nations, ITU, World Health Organisation, US Department of Defense, Open Technology Foundation, Info-Tech Research Group, Carlsberg and has contributed to the World Bank EA Guidelines. He has been a visiting researcher to the UN University, an expert reviewer to the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) EA Tech Pack and an invited faculty at Carnegie Mellon University. His work has been translated into Arabic, Mandarin, Korean, Russian and Polish. He has delivered 150 keynote sessions at prominent forums, seminars, and conferences worldwide.
Previously, as Head of Wipro’s Government and Public Sector Architecture Practice, he was instrumental in creating a government focused architecture domain, and was selected as an elite Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS). Dr. Saha has published five books on enterprise architecture.
Dr. Saha holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and received the best research design and best thesis awards for his doctorate. He is an alumnus of the MIT Sloan Executive Program and Wipro Business Leaders’ Program.

Heidi Karlsson is the Director, Open Footprint Forum at The Open Group. Heidi is an Environmental Facilitator with a background in Clean Energy Transition and Strategy, ESG, Sustainability, Animal Welfare, Open Source Technology, Standards Development, Green House Gas (GHG) Emissions, Archeological Fieldwork and Conservation treks to more than 30 nations. In addition to living and working in Mexico, France, Sweden, England, Japan and in the Caribbean, Heidi’s international experience includes providing environmental sustainability consulting services, facilitating collaboration to achieve consensus, managing and influencing cross-functional teams. Heidi earned her Master of Arts degree in Conflict Resolution, Environmental and Cultural Heritage from Southern Methodist University and her BA degree in the Social Sciences from Michigan State University.

Kiran Divakaran worked with clients across geos, worked with a Silicon Valley start-up co and and of late founded an Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture Eturnti company focusing on providing digital transformation, enterprise architecture, business, management consulting, improving cyber security posture for organizations, training, IT strategy, product evangelization and product management to clients. Mr. Eskandar is the Digital Services Senior Coordinator at the Digital Society Division of the Telecommunication Development Bureau of ITU.
